first you must not have the key to get into the gym ok look i can get him on the haouse ok do the missingno thing go to viridian and do that cofee dude thing fly to cinnabar than go in the water when you see missingno go to where you go into the gym than it will say the doot is locked . aftert that you will see him on the roof. when the virus was created it was made in pallet when you picked a pokemon so if you have a gameshark and use the walls cheat go straght to cinnabr and you will not see missingno
