How do you get it?
Plus, does that cheat where you click on the masterball with your first Pokemon and then switch it with a different ball with the second Pokemon really work? Please answer!

before you enter the final bosses battle between evice/en garde kia grandpa should email you go to before you take the challenge or you wont get it from him
