How and where can you get flash..i have been looking for ages on sites and on the game and i can't find it anywhere! Please help me~! ^^__^^

its easy just go to violet city where the first gym leader is and go to the bellsprout tower and beat the head monk at the top and u will get flash

bellsprout tower is behind the gym, you are meant to have beatin it when you first reach violet city, so the pokemon are from level 3 to level 10, and they are all bellsprout or hoothoot
