Well so far im teh leader of the team, and ill make fwank my REAL co leader, since his skills are about equal to mine, and possibly(dunno for sure), even better. And CO, means partner here, so we're both the highest rank.

WEll here are the requirements for the team:
1. You must have some prior experience with pokemon games, any of the RPGs, anyways. (meaning: r/b/y, g/s/c,r/s/e,colosseum)
2. You must know the basics of pokemon(type advantages, etc)
3. (OPTIONAL) You should try to get netbattle, so we can talk about stuff there. OR get AIM, so we can talk about stuff w/out hassling to battle, but if you cannot, we will just converse on the forums.
4. Say what you could do to help our team
5. Visit these forums regularly, meaning at least once a week on average.
Say what department you would like to work in!

Well there are going to be 3 different departments:
I. Team Building- roam around the rate my teams forums
II. Help in-game(how to beat something, etc...)- help people when they are stuck
III. Action Replay Help- take requests for codes

Here are the positions:
Leaders(already taken, me and fwank)
Powers: Kick out ANY member(cept other leader), who is being bad, with the approval of other leader.
Override other leader's decision.
Appoint people to certain departments and positions

VP's- there are 3 vice presidents. One for each department.
Powers: Kick out members, but only in their department, with approval of ONE leader.
Appoint people to work in their department alone

Santa's LiL helpers- you guys are what our team is made of, the people who are giving out all the help. Any amount of LiL helpers can be chosen.
Powers: Complain about any problem they are having

hmm... evolution isnt too great but breeding is a good idea

but the reason i made frank vp is becuase he has experience with all the 3rd gen games in addition to crystal, sorry :-(
