im trying to decide which moves to teach my blissey, and hes got high special attack and low normal attack, so, i was wondering what the difference between special attack and normal attack is, so i can teach my blissey the strongest moves possible

Special attacks are elemental attacks like fire, water, ice, electric, grass,psychic,dragon, and dark.Attack is normal, fighting, flying, poison,ground,rock,bug,ghost,and steel attacks. Good set of moves for it would be Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, and Softboiled.
