oh yes. I know people say they caught Mewtwo and Lugia, ect. with pokeballs and ultraballs but you really can't know. I do try those first a few times but then I get bored and just use the Master Ball. If I need one for a diferent legendary I'll just trade for another MB or trade for that pokemon.
