I am starting to think maybe Lucario would only be able to obtain by Nintendo Event, that would seriously suck.

Diaruga is like Groudon...
Parukia is like Kyogre...
Lucario is like Rayquaza...

Not really but thats the way they fill the slots... Diaruga and Parukia got the covers like Kyogre and Groudon, Rayquaza was the big one on the game, Lucario is the big on on D&P most likely also...

I hear that Lucario is oubtainable without a Nintendo Event. You find him in the wild or in a secret cave at night or morning. If you look in my sig, it shows Lucario using the Wave Guiding Bomb on Weavile.

If you want arseus soooo bad, I have an action replay DS, I can trade it to you through Wifi.

Other event pokemon are darkrai, sheimi, and I'm pretty sure Giradina and Kuresina are event pokemon
