First off, Is this game out in the U.S., if so tell me where to get it, if not tell me when it will be out, and tell me where a list is to see the new Pokemon.

The game is currently out in Japan. The game will NOT be out in the U.S until Spring of 2007. Serebii.net has every pokemon in the game:
