He just has this vicious look about him and the fact that he is electrical.
I mean a lot of people are afraid of electricity and to be electricuted as well.
He is def one of the few new ones I have taken a major liking too.

Rentoraa is awesome. It's good that it can learn Ice, Fire, and Thunder Fang as Egg Moves.
