Is there a Battle Frontier-like thing in Pokemon D/P?

I don't know about the Battle Frontier in D/P. The only thing I have read that is close to that is a Battle Tower.

If there were I think it'd be mentioned in serebii.net, even though I can hardly trust the guy(s) there anymore.

Don't lose confidence in Serebii.....they still have one of the best pokedex, actually the best pokedex to use.

The closest thing they have to the frontier is the Battle Tower @ http://www.serebii.net/diamondpearl/tower.shtml

There isnt anything wrong with them. They were created for the sole purpose of being able to complete the Pokedex on Ruby and Sapphire.

If you want to talk about which game is the best pokemon game that arrived after the two predasesors before it a topic will need to be created for the general pokemon forum but the topic for this set of posts needs to be if pokemon diamond or pearl will have a battle frontier like setting contained in the game which I believe is not contained in the game becuase no note of that feature has been announced in japan after the games were released.
