The 'Eye Room' is the room second from the right with the small purple picture in it. The eyes will light up all the time unless you go to the wall, then they'll go out. If you want to catch Gengar in there, you need to have FR, LG, Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald in the GBA slot.

I actually tried that with my copy of FR in teh slot...but all I found was Ghastly...oh and how do get to see the "ghosts"? I tried to do it...but the eyes of the statue were just staring...or something like that -_-

You have to go in at midnight. The thing is, I have no idea about the butler, but for the little girl, you have to go into the room on the far right, and then immedietally go into the eye room. But as for the butler...I couldn't find him...

For the butler you just hsve to look at sttues in 1st floor at the entrance and then go through the door north of the two statues..

It's the pokemon that you get from the TV. It looks like a red Electrick type Castform with thunder jolts as hands.
