Hey,calm down dude,finding shinys is difficult,it's all based on luck,one time on firered i found a shiny fearow and a shiny doduo both on cycling road so i got real lucky,now you should try that in your firered on cycling road,you just might strike it rich.

BUT,there is a solution:
go to a gamestore like gamestop or something and ask if they have version 3.0 or higher(3.0 recommended cause some cheats work only on 3.0 or higher)not max duo and get it.
