how do i get celebi and charachi with gameshark or with no codes?

celebi you can get from a promotional givaway(not sure what and where)
and jirachi can be downloaded from the pokemon colosseum bonus disc(which you can only get off ebay now)or you can download him from pokemon channel when you get to a certain point.
