Wow, I would never use that. How about the Dead stone:
It would turn any pokemon to level 100, but it will only know two moves:
Destiny bond
Made up attack:
Deadly slam(power:100 acc:%100 50%of paralisis to opponent).
the stats would all be 350. HP:100, and they would all have the ability Wonderguard.

Evil Stone: turns the pokemon into a shadow pokemon that will lose 1 hp permanently for every battle you do with it, but lvl is 100 and stats are 8OO each.

Shiny Stone:Evolves any Pokemon(no legend/ditto/or any un evolutionary including evee,since shiny stone does not evolve it into anything)into a shiny,but reduces some stats by a little.

you saddo's. the best would be an ultima stone, evolves all pokemon able to evolve, allows infinite hp, the ability wonder guard and the equivalent of level 100 stats for the pokemon
