I recently caught a "gold" wild machop in emerald (similiar to red gyrados from gold and silver). yes i know, I'm very lucky. So, I have a couple questions regarding this.
1. I want to raise my rare machop into a machamp, but im afraid if it evolves it will lose its "goldisity." Can anyone here put my fears to rest so I can raise my rare find? Or is my machop stuck being a machop forever?
2. I had no idea wild gold pokemon could even be caught? So does anyone know what the odds or percentage is for finding any gold pokemon emerald? Or can a gold pokemon be made by repeated trading breeding, or it all luck if you find or get one?

It's a shiny. No, it won't change from a shiny to a normal.

Yes you are very lucky. You have a rare virus that makes your Pokemons statas go really high!

Like a gold magikarp becomes a red gayrados. Or a red hakuhita becomes a red/black hariyama. And a green sandshrew becomes a red sandslash. And a pink nidorina becomes a grey nidoqueen, and so on.

In g/s/c, they changed back to normal even if you evolved them.... they don't in r/s/e tho

They do, how, I got a gold raticate, silver nidoqueen, red gayrados, and grey hitmontop, they are at lv75 and still shiny, do you have to do something to de-shinify them? Or is it random.

on emerald, go to altering cave with white flute,and like a illumise OR jusk keep useing Sweet Scent EVENTUALLY you MIGHT get a shiny zubat

When you say "Altering Cave" are you talking about Emerald? If you are, tell me where it is.
