Actually, I would suggest replacing Ninjask with Heracross. While it is not necessarily faster, it can learn moves that can help protect it, and a type that can also help it.

then you should use the another pokemon that you get with evolved ninjask teach it pain split anyhow....and remember speed is not everything

i dont know if u can get a rapidash in emerald but if u get pokemons with same level. rapidash is always the fastest. it is told in johto that rapidash is the fastest pokemon. i think it is in a pokemon race or something.[img][/img]
