exactly, it dpends on who was sent out to battle first. if groudon was sent first then he is no match. if kyogre was sent out first then the reverse.

Solarbeam sucks on Groudon, it would take three turns at least to whip it out(Kyogre) with that, and that is if your special attack stat is closed to max, and Groudon can't live three turns, even with the sun. It has bad special attack, your better off with physical moves.

Special attack+special defense= Kyogre

Attack+defense= Groudon

still sticking with kyogre simply becoz it can't be sinned ... also, it takes a groudon to kill kyogre, but it duzn't take kyogre to take down groudon =D (ray's cool but he's just a tad bit ***** to cold attacks... ... ...)

yea if deoxys counted it would kick some a** with its attack and speed, plus the bada** effect which means groudon and kyogre could only use their hydro pump, fire blast (or any other move with 5pp)3 times if it would take that long because of the horrible accuracy of those moves unless you were dumb enough to save your pp max for these moves with such horrid accuracy which make them suck

not really -_-, deoxys has NO attacks which can OHKO groudon OR kyogre first turn, and unless its the emerald deoxys, then eq from groudon or surf out of kyogre kills it in OH.

L won't get OHKOed man u moron, i think u were trying to say L but u said emerald instead... there's practicali no difference between E and F in these cases since almost all forms of deoxys are faster than the twin ledgends... but i doubt E will lose out against donny, onli against kyogre who has double boost =S...

in any case, donny gets pwned since it can't OHKO without pumping, while kyogre duzn't need to and already gets a double boost... ... ... hmmm... assuming typical build

R/S will lose against either
F will win against both
L will win against both
E will win against donny, but will not survive kyo

i understand your opinion but your wrong rayquaza is the strongest ancient pokemon. it can KO groudon + kyoger in one shot it can kill groudon with outrage or blizzard and kyoger with thunder or the solarbeam combo sunny day + solarbeam can KOit in one shot. but that is just my opinion.

kyogre and groudon can learn thunder, but its super effective against kyogre and doesnt effect groudon. groudon's stronger there.

kyogre has drizzle, groudon has drought. in the sun, thunder doesn't hit as often, in the rain, thunder hits more but still won't effect groudon. groudon wins again.

groudon is the best out of the 2.

u can figure out rayquaza by yourself.

kyogre is a water type. tears the hell out of groudon. Also, as most water types do, kyogre also learns ice beam, which castrates ground types and dragon/flying types such as rayquaza. so what if kyogre learns thunder, he wont need it if hes up aginst groudon or rayquaza.
kyogre is usually faster than groudon so you wont have to worry about solarbeam that much. so ha!
