Can someone help me with this gamehark wild pokemon modifier code plz?

Ok the thing is i have a gameshark sp and i used the wild pokemone modifier code becausei want to get my favorite pokemon bulbasaur,charmander, and squirtle a i know i entered the code corectly and i didnt encounter them what happened and also do u just encounter them anywhere? or a certain spot? plz hellp me with this

no i know i put it in corectly because i just copy and paste the cheats off the sit to my gameshark disc that downloads to my gameshark sp so...
