Ok i beat the elite 4 and then i went down stairs got the
ticket then the tv had a report of a new pokemon ,i was expecting latios or latias after i picked a color but nothing happened ,did i do somthing wrong?????

you have to look in grass for latios or latias u dont get it right away the first time u see it it will be random
