sorry dude noone on supercheats,as of yet at least,knows what to say to the little girl,but to anwser your second question.The only way to increase chances of finding Chimecho,is to beat the elite 4 at least once,and then keep checking on TV's until it says theres a crazy outbreak of them on Mt.Pyre,other than that,if you don't get one of those commercials,just KEEP searching on Mt.Pyre's summit until you find one(It may take awhile!In my Ruby I got lucky and It only took like 10 minutes,but In my Emerald it took like 5 or 6 hrs of gameplay across like a week long period of time!)
