Hi, all! I have a quick question concerning Rayquaza. Can he be caught with an Ultra ball? or do I HAVE to use my Master ball on him?

I don't exactly know, I just used my master ball without even trying, cause what else are you going to use it on? You can catch everything else without a masterball.

YOUR QUESTION-yes it can be caught with a Ultra ball I caught mine with a Great ball took a long time tho.

Just some rare Pokemon that can be obtained in there, but they said it could be a fort for a rare legendary Pokemon, but those are rumors. You unlock other Pokemon in there by using a E-Reader I think.
