will this cheat work ??

So I was wondering in fire red if I buy a poke flute using a game shark code will I b able 2 Use it on snorlax & same for other things in the game like gold teeth, keys etc ? I'm pretty sure that buying all the hm's is cool for teaching my pokemon those attacks but I know the game won't let me use them. Out side battles until I get the right badges Them & BTW this is for the emulator on m y cell, don't know if that makes a different cause I got a lot of g/s codes to work for it like ride bike on water & catching mew two @ any level

No difference if you play on your cell. There isn't a lot of cheats that work on my firered game, but the pokeflute one works!
