people i dont know hey my other account does not work, something wrong doesnt allow log in, but to answer your questions here they are. log bro, i think your code has stopped working with some codes as well like what happened to me, try not to use too many codes with that code otherwise it will stop working completely.
and the master codes that i use with these shiny codes is as follows.

if the codes stop working completely try enabling one of these with it so it might work again.

I had 3 shinies a Light Blue Poliwhirl,an Oddish that was all green and a Special colored Zigzagoon in Ruby.Poliwhirl became a grey colored Poliwrath,Oddish evolved to Gloom and then to a purpled colored body Bellosom.Zigzagoon didn't evolve

chances are more like 1 in 8800 in finding a shiny pokemon. It purely luck though, there is no rhyme or reason as to how or where they are found. Happy Hunting.
