I've seen a few, actually. Quite a few. I HAVE a shiny kyogre, and rayquaza(i restarted the game about 1000 times total to find those). Then against a bug catcher in viridian forest, i've seen a shiny caterpie, and in battle tower in sapphire, i saw a shiny latias.

i have seen even more, like green mewtwo, blue mew, etc. and I did not use the codes for them! more examples: black charizard, greenish hitmonlee, really light blue on the sides snorlax, totally messed up chansey, partly green fured tauros, strange kangaskahn, pink lugia, silver headed and strangly colored ho-oh, etc.
