a like mew for his inccent sweet looks and his ability to learn every tm and hm but that is all he has going for him he not exacly what you would call a power house like mewtwo but that is my opioin.

mew has the exact same power as celebi. celebi has awesome power. train mew right and it can have 290 some attack and really good other stats. plus really good attacks and only one weakness. so like I said, mew or deoxys

if you listen to the pro, then i would say mewtwo, like ss5 vaget sain. in those 4 pokemon mewtwo is the stronget one, both in attack and special attack(besides deoxys, but he has very low def and sp def) if you were to make mewtwo fight any of those pokemon 1 on 1 i am sure hed win. and the moves i would recomend for mewtwo would be:
Thunderbolt
icebeam
psychic
recover
using this combination you would beat almost any pokemon. including deoxys and mew(mew doesnt have recover and a sp attk of only about 295). mewtwo on the other hand has a special attak of around 350-360 depending on how you trained it. it specially grows strong if infected with pokerus'.
