okay to clear up the arguement....
1. You WILL NOT be able to obtain any hoenn/johto pokemon legitemately until the national dex is obtained.
2. Crobat is a JOHTO pokemon, thherefore, you need the NATIONAL dex to obtain him in pokemon fire red, legitamtely.
