I was at seafoam island and i aught articuno but on the way back to leave the island i noticed on of the rocks was not there that was in the guide i was reading. i went back to try and change it but i cant! the rocks are against walls and cannot be moved and i cant get by (or can i??) unless i move them.
This is my problem: i need to push one of those blocks in a hole to get pst the island but i cant

There are blocks on a higher level in a cave that you must push down to that level.

ive alredy pushed all the blocks above there and there were four in that room. i pushed two down but i guess i did it wrong and i dont know how to fix it

there are two citys that are on either side, to get to the one on the left just surf down from pallet town, to got to the one on the right go down cycling road

Yeah if leaving doesn't reset them than you are screwed, but I remember me messing up so many times but I just walked out and tried it again so...
