Have you noticed that the birds your starter is good against is harder to catch?
For instance:
Charmander-Articuno
Squirtle-Moltres
Bulbasaur-Zapdos

Well in all reality its made so that the person who find them , have to work for them poke balls that work good against them.
A)Great Ball ( dont know why it works better than ultra
B)Ultra Ball
C)A ball of its type like for Moltres (Preimir Ball)
D)Master Ball ( impossible not to catch them with this ball)

I wasted my Master Ball on Snorlax. So I caught the others with Ultra Ballz and Great.

Well I find that a Luxury Ball's catch rate is similar to a Pokeball's. I tried a Luxury ball on Zapdos, but I failed...

Naww luxury ball is used to catch pokemon that are weaker , trying to catch zapdos with that is to hard.

Premier Ball works like a poke ball , but its used some kind of event or at least thats what the data on it says.
Although it works well on moltres for me.

Yeah but I think its used on the legends, and if you manage to catch them with one , like i caught moltres with it and its stats were unbelieveable , like what i just said is also kinda hard to believe but meh.

I caught mewtwo with a pokeball. So I guess anything is possible.

Yeah see , he can only be caught with great or pre , or poke , whats up with that , like the legends only like the normal ones.
