What should I do?

Who should i start out with here? Charmander, Squirtle, or Bulbasaur? I do know that now Charmander learns metal claw to take out Brock. Also should i start out with a Nidoran because i like using them. And should Pidgey be my flyer or Farfetche'd? I know this is a lot sorry!

It's really up to you. Pick the one you like the most. However, I usually like to start with Bulbasuar...because it's cute as a boot! lol I love the second form...Ivysaur...has to be like my first ever FAV pokemon, and that's why it's in my sig, lol. About Charmander and Metal Claw to beat Brock.....you'd have to level up ALOT..and it would take some time, because it learns Metal Claw around or after the time it evolves into Charmeleon...unless you cheated with a Game Shark...but that's unneccesary. and I would Pick Pidgey to fly....Piggeot is much more stronger than Farfetched, but Farfetched does rule if you teach it Swords Dance.

I usually start out with Charmander since he's always harder to use against the first two gym leaders. But as usual, it's up to you. Metal Claw is an egg move, not a level up move. I always had Pidgey as my Flying type, but I restarted my Firered and decided to go with Spearow. But again, it's up to you.

I prefer Charmander as a Starter, seeing as it learns Metal Claw at Lv.13(Sorry DemonOfSand, its not an egg move for Charmander). For a Flyer, I'd go with Charizard again(Or Pidgeot if you don't want your starter to have it, or chose Bulbasaur or Squirtle). The Nidos can be good later on, but more so with Nidoran Male.

Ok but Charmander learns it at level 11. i love Squirtle hes cute. But i hate Venosaur. It takes Charmander forever to level up and i cant beat Misty

I didn't realize I was looking at D/P pokedex, nevermind. He learns it a level 13, not 11.

Oh ok then well maybe ill do pidgey an squirtle

i start out with squirtle teach it ice beam and then have my flyer as pigeot.

I say bulbasaur. It gets you the most far in the game Gym Leader wise. And good with Pokemon League as Venusaur. Have a good Water Type though to help with your Rivals Charizard/Charmander/Charmeleon

I say charmander bcuz he is hard on the 1st 2 gyms but he is really
strong and learns great moves like blast burn and flamethrower.My flying pokemon
is usually spearow or pidgeot.

If it was me i pick the fire type pokemons I would say charmander because he is so strong in thrid elovion. But it all up to you to pick.[color=red][/color][img][/img]

for the starter, charmander (charizard is a beast at 100)

what you have to do to beat misty is catch a bellsprout. I know they are weak, but when they evolve into weepinbell, they are strong enough to kill starmie. or just get abra and make it evolve

if u choose charmander just get a pikachu in the viridian forest and a oddish they r both good against misty and use pidgey as ur flyer yeah and get nidoran thats basically what i did when i restarted

I would go with bulbasaur. It will be a big help against Brock and Misty.

I went with charmander in my first game but now I'd probably choose bulbasaur.
