i got Visual boy advance 1.7.2 and now i played through elite 4 and island things but after i got National dex all pokemons dissappeared from grass,water etc. (everything else works fine)
(i am not sure is it national dex but i got it after i talked to Oak when i owned over 60 pokemons and passed elite 4)

Did you use any cheat? Or is the game you are playing second-hand? It's probably damaged by AR.
