Your team is excellent for in-game. BUt if you want to battle people competitively, i suggest you listen to these tips:
Mewtwo: NEVER give him physical attacks, his SPECIAL attack is MUCH higher. MUCH higher. So go for calm mind, psychic,thunderbolt, and flamethrower. Let it hold a petaya berry, too. Use one calm mind, and see how much damage your opponent's attack does. If it doesnt do mroe than half, then use another calm mind. THEN Use psychic, and like everyone is screwed.
Rayquaza: two sets i can give ya. if your PHYSCIAL attack is higher use this: extremespeed, aerial ace, dragon dance, and brick break(or earthquake). If your SPECIAL attack is higher, use dragon claw, thunderbolt, icebeam, and flamethrower.
I don't like ho-oh and lugia too much... too much defense, and not many attacks to utilize it well. Well ehres a set for ho-oh, becuase it SKYROCKETS in PHYSICAL attack pwoer. give ho-oh aerial ace, earthquake,frustration(return if it likes you, duh), and recover.
Kyogre: never give a pokemon too attacks of the same type, unless you HAVE to. give kyogre calm mind, thunder, (any water attack here), and ice beam.

Hipmontop: lose mega kick it perty strong but u need like jump kick other moves ok

i am aware of my mewtwos phys atk state i use shadow ball to help aganist ghost and other psychic types so i like keeping that. electric type attacke don't do that much damemage with someone like groundon with it and fire blast goes good with it because he has very high SP attack + with my drought ability nakes that attack reaaly powerful. i would get rid of surf but i need it to go place to place same thing with my rays fly ability. as for the all SP type attacks on groundon like i said he has very good SP ATK and i use them to help me weaken many diffrent types of pokemon. i know ho-oh and lugia contrait more on defance than offence but i like then because they really rare so they battle along my side i know it sounds stupid but thats just me.

shadowball isn't that bad lah... if you could though, change other poke's movesets around n add in some physical attackers so mewtwo wouldn't need to waste a slot...
groudon... and kyogre for the same matter, is something wrong with eruption and water spout? why do people prefer fire blast and hydro pump over those moves? they do massive damage (more than blast n pump) n have 100% accuracy (as opposed to blast n pump's lame 85...) ... well groudon's SP atk aint n e thing to brag about, but like ya mentioned, becoz of drought, it's nuts... (dats why solarmean is acceptable... not recomended n e more how ever)
with ray... i dunno wat yer asking, but bleep's sets are nice... if u feel insecure just give it one physical if yer an SP ray, n vice versa... most of the time is rili pointless but... btw i suggest surf over ice beam for very, obvious, reasons

safeguard can be considered sometimes, but i dun fink n e one's gona try to slow burn a mewtwo...
tyranitar's atk has to be fricken maxed out... like full EVs and IVs + an atk based nature... for hyper beam to be effective regularli... otherwise hey why not get rockslide, what happened to that crazy move?? maybe you should get rid of dragon claw to get aeriel ace... since fighters pwn you -_-" (so much physical, might as well breed for a dragon dance??)

i don't know why but i just like those moves i really don't know i guess i just i adopted to them so well i can't think of changing them but thanks for support on trying to make me a better trainer anyway. not that your opioins don't manner but thats just the way i think i am attached to those moves.
