i just started 2 days ago and i have
lapras lv 42
blastois lv 43
gyrados lv 42
pidgeot lv 42
raichu lv 43
and
dragonair lv 42
i have not versed the the elite four because i need my pokemon to level up and i have all 8 badges but i need my pokemon to level up asap so wats a good training spot

The only one I can think of is in Victory Road. Try there, since that's where the higher level pokemon are.

Use the VS Seeker. In Victory Road if you can - the trainers there are the toughest you can fight at this particular point.
