This is the first time I've ever heard of such an item as 'Exp. All', so I doubt it even exists.

Exp All was an item given to you in Red Blue and Yellow versions. EXP Share replaces it in the game by first getting to the Lake of Rage, and catching or defeating the Red Gyarados. Once done, you obtain a Red Scale. Take it to Mr. Pokemons house, and he'll trade you an EXP Share for the Red Scale.

Volke, it just shows how far back your knowledge of Pokemon resides. You need to be a literal veteran of Pokemon to know of the EXP All given to you after getting X amount of species recorded in your Pokedex in the upstairs building on Route 15. I believe it was 60+ Species needed to gain this item. What it did, was give everyone in your party equivalent experience as the one pokemon in battle. I don't remember if it split the exp into maximum of six for a full party, or if it gave 100 percent Exp from the pokemon who battled, to everyone as well. It was basically a totally cheap way to level up in the days. Which is why they changed it to EXP Share. BUT, Exp All didn't require being held, only to be in the bag since Pokemon back then couldn't hold items.

Forgot I had this tag.

I'm also torn between Red and Green from Super Effective.
People kept asking me for minecraft skins. I now tell them to go to my website to request them.

Ah... Didn't know it changed lol. Knew Exp. all was in older ones, was unsure about Gold/Silver versions.
Thank you Smile
While I'm being a bother, does anyone know what TMs the game corner sell? All it shows is the number without telling you the move.

And, yes please, if you don't mind. After fighting Rocket at Radio tower to save the Director and stuffs, what Pokemon would be best to use for the last Gym leader. I have in my party at the moment:
The Red Gyrados (lvl 36),
Typhlosion (lvl 42),
Pidgeotto (lvl 28),
Nidorino (lvl 26),
Bellsprout (lvl 22),
Eevee (lvl 21).
However, these may change due to battling but not by much.

Since her Pokemon are mostly Dragon, you should try to use Ice types.

To a point, ice is highly effective against Claire, but she also has a Kingdra. Her Dragonair go down fast, but then the Kingdra is only weak to Dragon type moves. Not to mention how annoying it is when you fight it. Moves with fixed HP Damage like Dragon Rage, or Night Shade are recommended to exact figures to drop, instead of say not very much damage. Claire is really an annoying leader.. But yet, still possible to be defeated.

The easiest way to beat Clair is to trade a Drowzee for a Machop nicknamed "Muscle" in Goldenrod Mart. Since traded pokemon learn faster than original pokemon, this one will level up very fast. I attempted to beat Clair at level 50 (which may or may not have been overkill). Before you fight her though, teach your Machop/Machoke (if you let it evolve) Ice Punch and Thunderpunch, both of which are available on the 5th floor in the Goldenrod dept store. As far as fixed HP moves go, use Seismic Toss and you should be ok.
