the ultimate legendary

well, mew can learn every tm and hm and move tutor move plus the five or so moves it learns by level up...
so, really, it cant learn half of the moves in the game...however, if there was a tm for every move, then you would be able to teach it everything...

anyone know how to catch Lugia?

use electric or bug type attacks...... then use sleep type attacks.... then ultra balls or heavy balls,or use a master ball that u have or u cloned

does anyone know how to catch ho-oh I used my masterball on lugia and ho-oh is level70 i tried many times there was only one time i was close.

same way as lugia ony use ice,water,and electric, then use heavy,or an ultra ball

well, you wouldnt want to use those types always, because you might kill it...
here is my advice

1.save the game before trying on ho-oh (just before you click on it)
2.put it to sleep with a pokemon thats faster than ho-oh...
3.change to any pokemon and use flash until you cant anymore...
4.weeken it until it is low in health (use a strong move then weeker ones and weeker ones until the thing is red)
5.whenever it wakes up, repeat step 2
6.whenever it uses recover (which it will) repeat step 4
7.throw ultra/heavyballs whenever it is asleep and in red health
8.if you accidentally kill it, purposefully kill it, or run out of pokeballs, then turn the game off, and repeat steps 2-7 again...

p.s.whatever you do, do not burn, poison, or confuse it, because it may kill itself...
dont paralyse it, because then you wont be able to put it to sleep
freezing it is good though...

and dont give up, it may take some time to get it, but you will get it eventually...

I'd say that Lugia is better than Ho-oH, and that Raikou is the best of the dogs.

The best legendary pokemon? I'd say Lugia. There are so many people here, moderators are lucky...

Lugia would have to be better than Ho-oH because it's water and Ho-oH is fire.

lugia isnt a water pokemon, its psychic...it just knows a water type attack which is handy...but ho-oh can learn thunder, which is super against lugia anyways...i prefer ho-oh
