oh and yes it is possible for anyone in the totidile family to learn ice beam but it depends on something like if you bread with certin pokemon(ex:lapras)

I don't think so. You must trade to Crystal and use Move Tutor. Since you can't find yours, you should give it Ice Punch.

Gengar's not good with Destiny Bond anyway. I think Gengar's good with Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Night Shade, and Thunderbolt/Psychic.

pika: lose iron tail, get surf. you could go for thunderdancing (thunder/surf/raindance/twave) or try something else i suppose
steel: i don't much about steelix sets, but replace crunch with explosion or something. steel's sp atk sucks...
umby: don't go offensive with umby. since you can't get baton pass now (unless you want to train another eevee), go for an annoyer set, perhaps with moonlight, toxic, c-ray and bite/psychic/something. umby has some awesome defensive stats, and some pretty terrible offensive stats. plan your moveset accordingly.
gengar: don't know much about him. you could go for something like c-ray/tbolt/psychic/splode, but i don't know how that would work on him. anyway, gengar doesn't really have the defenses to survive enough attacks to use that set effectively, so you should consider a more offensive approach.
ho-oh: lose fly, replace with whatever.
gatr: i was never a big fan of him....i'd recommend return over slash, but aside from that i wouldn't know. ferry's sp atk is kinda bad, but blizzard is strong and surf has stab, so i don't really know what to say about that....

well, it depends if your a fast typist or not, but i would never understand "wow" to be will-o-wisp, but it doesnt matter, that move isnt on this game anyways, maybe w-o-w would be better...

I see you're an all-out attacker. No stat changing or poisoning/paralyzing etc moves.
Charizard- You could do w/o strength and fire blast. Not sure what to use though. Don't use him much.
Jolteon- I like...
Alakazam- Should've kept Reflect...Anyway, lose Confusion for...one of the elemental punches. You're choice!
Mewtwo- You can lose Tri Attack for something better...You have too many Psychics and no pure water. I'd lose Alakazam and maybe Lugia.
Dragonite- Fine, but you can do without Hyper Beam for Dragonbreath.

ok thanks guys. Ill do that but my Lugia and Charzard have those HMs and i dont know which other Pokemon i should give it to. I forgot to take the TM off sorry it came with it lol i dont know how but...
