i want shiny pokemon if any one has any suggestiones please let me know.. and are they more powerful than regular pokemon... and finally does anybody know any cheats to goet shiny pokemon and liuga???

the only differents is the color.
I know on diamond and pearl alot use the Action Replay to get shinny pokemon.
