Apparently when the original Gold & Silver came out they made some kind of portable game that could link to the games & give you Myetery Gifts. Well now they have a pedometer called PokeWalk that does things similar to this. It was announced on Pokemon Sunday today. We don't know how advanced it will be or if it'll be available outside of Japan of not, but I guess it's SOME news.

Talk about it, do you think it'll come to the U.S. & other countries? What kinds of things do you think you can you download off of it?

Well that sucks. Transferring Pokemon from the game to some thing to measure it's happiness?

It'll be a let down if it isnt available for the U.S. (dont really care much about other countrys lol).And if it is available,I think it'll just be same as for like any other transferring versions giving you event pokemons and event items.Not really big news though as I see no relevant rare legendaries that can be obtained in HG/SS that are unlegit to capture (example:Shaymin needed the oak's card) excluding the legendary birds and Lugia and Ho-Oh.

There's some more info on the PokeWalk now; apparently it will come bundled with HG/SS & you can transfer a Pokemon from HG/SS onto it where it will earn experience & happiness as you walk; more or less a portable Day Care. Sounds kinda cool actually if it comes with the games.

Sounds pretty cool, actually.. Not that I would bring it out with me anyway, lol.

An easy way to fool a pedometer is to shake it furiously. Or just hide it under your shirt or something. And even then, you can always clip it to your underwear if all else fails.

it wouldn`t be that hard to hide, its called a pocket. it might not be as effective there but still it would work. I think its kinda cool and if i wanted to increase a pokemons level without actually training it then yeah thats cool
