I doubt there'll be any new TMs. Fire Red and Leaf Green didn't add any TMs to Ruby and Sapphire's roster. But if they're going to add a few more TMs, what would you like to see?
I would like to see the three Elemental Punches return as TMs. It wouldn't be the same without them, even if they have turned physical. Those, and things like Crunch, Lead Blade and Nasty Plot/Tail Glow.

Is doesn't really matter to me what they put in, but there are only like 93 TM's, that's a weird number, just add 7 more & make it even. I'd really like to see some new moves more than anything.

Also, they need to make more water-type TMs. There's only like, 3 out of over 90! D:!

There are a decent amount of Water TMs, if you count the HMs:
Water Pulse
Surf
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Brine
Although out of those five, you're probably only ever going to use Surf and Waterfall. Bubblebeam and Water Gun were also TMs, once upon a time.

I'd only ever use Rain Dance for Rain Dance teams in competitive battling. I'd never use it in-game.
HMs are basically annoyig TMs that you use outside of battle but can't delete normally for some stupid reason.

I hope to God they don't put in Defog... That was a horrible HM! And you know what else gets my attention? Why there isn't a move to actually create fog.

I would rather see some new moves too rather than new TMs, but i agree the Elemental Punches should return and i think they shoudl ahev the Elemental bites too.

Ryuujin - There isn't a move to create fog as nobody would ever use it, due to it also decreasing your pokemon's accuracy.
Ressurection666 - The Elemental Bites would only really be useful on pokemon designed for Physical offense, like Gyarados, who can't learn the Punches. Then again, Gyarados learns Ice Fang by level, anyway.
