Pokemon Sunday has revealed the first Wi-Fi HG/SS event. It's a new area for the PokeWalker, called Yellow Forest. After you've downloaded (or hacked =] ) the event, just go to the guy in the Poke Mart like in previous games. The Yellow Forest contains only Pikachus, but some are rumored to have a special move, this move is not yet known. Also, the Johto Dex will be a little different than the originals.
More importantly, Pokemon Sunday also confirmed that players will be able to go to the Kanto region like in the originals.

Interesting. I hope this time that the gyms in Kanto aren't as weak as they were in Gold.

The yellow forest event sounds interesting. I wonder what sort of attacks the pikachus will know.

Yeah but there were rumors that Kanto would not be in HG/SS when the games were first announced. I thought the Pikachus would know Surf too, maybe Fly. lol

How would Pikachu fly? Maybe it spins its tail like a helicopter or flaps its arms and ears really fast...

you're right. you can't aim for the horn while tied to balloons.
