To those of you new to the 4th generation, the Pal Park is a place where you can, once a day, import Pok�mon from your GBA games into your DS cartridge. You then go into a special area, similar to the Safari Zone, to catch the Pok�mon you imported. Stats, natures, IVs, and EVs (I'm assuming) remain identical to when they were in your 3rd generation game. You can only take up to 6 at a time, though.
The Pal Park in Fuschia City has a major mechanic change compared to the one in Sinnoh, however. This time you don't have to wait 24 hours before you can reimport Pok�mon. This is an amazing change, don't you agree?
It looks like Serebii was a little lazy. The pictures uploaded on the Areas page are from the Sinnoh game. I can't say for sure, but seeing as the GTS and the Battle Frontier are the same as in Sinnoh, I'm guessing the Pal Park isn't any different either.

Ah, they got rid of the idiotic 24 hour wait before you could import more, good.
I always found the Pal Park to be quite fun, so I'm glad it's back.

It'll be just the same only without the gay 24 hour wait. I'm really glad that's gone, it was a nuisance.

This is a completely different region, though. It'll be a totally different experience once you leave with new Pok�mon.
