Team for HeartGold

Hello,

I'm trying to make a perfect team for my HeartGold game, can some one help me a bit?
I want one that knows Mean Look and one that knows False Swipe. I don't have so much time to train so it would be good if the Pok�s all can be caught at high level. I have a lv. 100 Arceus and a lv. 84 Typhlosion and a lv. 100 Regigigas. I want to use it for battling(high level) and catching(False Swipe) pokemon.

I have tried many sites that have team calculators or things like that but I still don't know exactly.

My current team is:
Typhlosion (Cut, Swift, Flamefhrower, Eruption)
Arceus (Movie Arceus Moves)
Krabby (False Swipe, Bubble Beam, Whirlpool, Water Gun)
Ho-oh (Extrasensory, Fly, Fire Blast, Sacred Fire)
Lugia (Surf, Waterfall, Aeroblast, ???)
Regigigas (Strenght, Rock Climb, ???, ???)

EDIT: I now have a Smeargle instead of Krabby. If anyone has a better ide for a team pleas let me know.
