Everytime i go to a cheat/code website, it says that you can catch 1 of the 3 legendary dogs depending on which pokemon you start with. I just wanted to know, how do you get the legendary dog???

you will find one in the wild at random after you receive the national dex depending on which starter you choose

nah it runs around Kanto randomly, not on the Sevii Islands (people say they don't appear near cinnabar either... but there's no grass on cinnabar anyway =S)

When you get fight a legendary dog after you get the national dex send out a pokemon that can stop them from escaping(dugtrio/diglet .ex)so then they cannot run and maybe use the master ball from the president?

I have cought all 3 before, I just randomly ran into them and captured them ( My Dugtrio REALLY helped me because you can use "Arena Trap" and that will prevent them from escaping!).
I moderate a lot of Pokemon forums, 2 to be exact, I love them, but I love Harry Potter games even more!
