help me to beat e4 and tell me were good spot to train

I find Victory Road the best palce to train but you can only battle everyone ther once because you can't use the VS Seeker inside. Try the swimming areas around Cinnibar and the Seafoam Islands.
Anyway could you post your team so I can see what pok�mon you have and what you could do to improve (if it needs improvement).

Blastoise: seems like you've been putting more training into this guy. It's good enough anyway.
Slowbro: do you really need Calm Mind? But otherwise it's good enough.
Pidgeot: well no surprise here, loads of people have Pidgeot at this time. You don't really need him. Well if you want to keep him teach him Steel Wing.
Snorelax: great!
Ninetales: I wouldn't really recommend Over Heat. It might be powerful but it lowers SP Attack. But I don't think there's anything else to teach it.
My advice to you is to catch the three legendary birds Moltres, Articuno and Zapdos. Drop Pidgeot for Zapdos, Ninetales for Moltres and make Articuno your sixth team member. You'll have a little trouble with Lance if you don't get Articuno so get him at least.
Moltres is in Mt. Ember
Articuno is in Seafoam Islands
Zapdos is in the Power PLant

Go to Victory Road and train everyone to lv60 then you should be able to beat the E4.

Apphonx there's no point training them to level 60. My pok�mon beat the legue with no trouble and they were at level 50.
