Is it true that after you beat the Eilte Four and become Champion, depending on who you pick as your starter one of the three legendary dogs will appear on random grass routes in Kanto? I heard this was true but my friend said it's not. I don't believe him and I like proving the idiot wrong. So is ti true?

well i dun know what u did u must've traded cuz the only way to get suicune is to get charmander so u must've had charmander but traded

ur right apphonx he must've had a glitch or somethin cuz i never knew anybody to have a suicune after having squirtle i have raikou, suicune, and entei though

So even if I put it to sleep and confuse it and get it to 1 HP I won't be able to catch it without Masterball? How am I supposed to catch Mewtwo then? I'm not spending another 20 Ultra Balls on Mewtwo like I had to do with the three birds. Well ti took 10 for each of the brids though.

Jeez... You can too catch the Legendary Dogs without a Master Ball, it's the same idea as any other Legendary. After you encounter and weaken them a few times (they don't heal if they flee), they won't run away as early. However, if you have a Mean Looker or a Spider Webber on your team, that will speed up the process. It's the same drill - inflict them with a status condition, and if possible, get them into the red zone. Then, just use the Ultra Ballz (they should take that word off the filter for the Pokemon games) you were going to use on Mewtwo and soon enough, you'll have a Legendary Dog and you'll be free to use your Master Ball on Mewtwo!
P.S. Did you notice? Whatever Dog you find will have a type that is super-effective against your starter.
