alakazam lv 42 recover metronome calm mind psychic
charizard lv 44 wing attack flamethrower blast burn slash
so please help me i stuck

Yeah where are you at in the game? If you've beaten all eight gyms then here you go:
Kingler: hmmm odd choice but still a pretty good one. It's good enough but train it up a few levels so it matches the rest of the team.
Nidoking: GET RID OF CUT!!!!!
Pidgeot: drop for Articuno. Articuno will be very helpful against Lance.
Machamp: what level is he? You haven't said. Anyway train it up a little and drop Strength for Cross Chop when he gets it.
Alakazaam: it's good enough, but not enough attack moves.
Charizard: teach it Fire Blast. Get rid of Slash for it.

Train all your team to level 45 +.

machamp is 43 and i made a new team but didnt start over o ok

Yeesh, you're asking for two very rare items that in all probability, you could likely do without. Twistedspoon is found on 10% of all wild Abras and Kadabras, and Focus Band is found likewise on Machop and Machoke.

i am now at lance i am saved in front of him and i can not beat him i got to his dragonite 1 hp and he healed so i was so close and he was confused and par and i had buzza aka electabuzz

i was wondering should i change my pideot for moltres and my alakazam for dratini and train is some

Kingler-not bad but get rid of stomp for rain dance

nidoking-drop it for dragonite or tyrantar

pideot-drop for lapras or luccolo ,Articuno is not a good choice becasue its easy to kill you could use a lighting attack or rock slide but I would perfure luccolo because it can learn ice moves and grass and water

Machamp-you can keep it

alakazam- keep it but yes you do need more attacking moves

Charizard-no do not teach it fire blast you will have to meany fire attacks you should teach it airal ace that move will help you out a lot in the game but get rid of wing attack for airal ace keep slash or teach it fly so you can have a flying pokemon.

We all have our own opinions you know. I found Articuno a great help.

i get stuck on garys arcanine and alakazam so any info on how to beat them easily or anything that will help me to defeat his pokemon and i got and electabuzz aka buzza

ok get rid of flamethower for heat wave and use it on alakazam and get rid of fire blast for arial ace as I said and for arcanine use your nidoking and use earthquake but as I said get rid of him.

alakazam-put in recover,calm mind,psychic,shadow ball
kingler-put in ice beam,surf,swords dance,stomp or facade
electabuzz-put in thunderbolt,brick break,focus punch,substitute

charizard-put in eq,rockslide,brick break,swords dance

i droped pideot for moltres and my buzza is now a lv 56

dude you don't need another fire type get a luccolo or lapras

Too bad you can't get Ludicolo. Not really, I don't miss him all that much. But Lapras is good, and in the absence of such, a Dewgong will do fine.

yea you can you can trade for ruby and saphire

You know what I mean... Like I said, it just wouldn't be worth the trouble.
