u can get to those islands buy going to a nintendo event sadly their really far away or u could just get a cheating device and use him like that hope this helps

you need the rainbow pass you get it from celio the scintist on island one(note: you need to get the ruby from mt.ember in the cave that team rocket guarding) after you beat the game but first you have to have 60 diffrent species on your pokedex and prof oke will give you the nationl dex
