This is how you can get an obedient Mew in your first box and slot, the Mew is holding arura ticket. The reason it is safe is because if you then look at the OT of the Mew, it says NYC(New York City), and they download it safely. Also once you take the Mew out and trade it, another one replaces it, a never ending supply of Mews. Put the code under FR/LG V1 Pokemon and have only that and the master code on, plus a DMA Disabler code for it to work. Both the Mew code and DMA Disabler code go in V1 Pokemon. The codes are:

Then it might not work, you can try it, but that is you, I have no responsibility for game corruptions if you don't do what it says. But if it is newer than the 4.1 then it probably will work. But the aurora ticket that the Mew is holding won't work, so I don't know about that yet, but I'm working on it.

To go to Birth Island and get Deoxys, I have the code, but when you use it and catch Deoxys, you lose the Sapphire and can't challenge the PKMN League.

If you do it early in the game, then you can battle the league. Because look, you can't go to the league because Lorelia isn't there, and she's not in icefall cave anymore. But I did it before challenging Brock. Sure I skipped his badge and got Misty's first, but Lorelia is already missing, so I'll just get her out of the icefall cave because in my game, she is there.

Get an AR at Walmart for $20. And as for exact instructios, I can't give them right now, but my advice is when you come to a place where it looks like a pitch-black wall with no detail, walk into the wall on the right side(the walls are at the south side of the building on the 3rd floor, or 2nd).
