Do what I always do, train them to lv75, and I have a list of pokemon types and attacks needed:
Type///attack
fire///fire blast, flamethrower, heatwave, overheat, blast burn
ice///ice bean, ice punch, blizzard
water///hydro pump, surf, hydro cannon
electric///volt tackle, thunder, thunderbolt, shockwave
psychic///psybeam, psychic, psycho boost(deoxys only)
fighting///cross chop, submission, brick break, high-jump-kick
use these at lv75 and you can't lose, plus buy full restores, and revives.
P.S. Only Ar or GameShark can grant you a mew.

have any pokemon OVER level 50
AND big AND u have to have a electric poke water poke flying poke
all of them over lvl 75

You only really need pokemon over 50-60.

hey i'll tell you specififc answers.
Ok what you need is a reasonably good team saying each Level 50-70.
Oh yeah dont go my way i had trained my charizard until Lv 75 and he was the only pokemon fighting in the poke league.
Ok then go to any shop and buy loads of Potions, super potions, hyper potions and max potions.
Buy also Antidotes,parlyz heal and burn heal,ice heal etc.
Also if you have pokemon sapphire then get leppa berrys and keep gorwing them until you have about 40 of them and then let pokemon hold the berrys and trade them into pokemon leaf green.
If you have any max elixirs then use those too they are really good. (there better than the leppa berrys because the berrys only store the pp of 1 move but elixirs store all the pokemons move.
Oh yeah dont forget to buy loads of Revives these revive your pokemon when they faint but only half and then use potions on them.
And then battle the pokemon league and hopefully you WIN!!!!!!!
