I know where the silph scope is i got into the basment of the game corner, and i found the lift key already, all i need is i cant find whatever it is to open all the doors blocking the pathways, can someone tell me where to find the item or thing?

To get to giovanni, you need to beat the 2 rockets standing either side of the gate, in the basement of the game corner.
