If you choose pokemon mystery dungeon: blue rescue team you will have a better chance of obtaining a water pokemon and if you choose pokemon mystery dungeon: red rescue team you will then have a better chance of obtaining a fire pokemon.

no you won't there is no difference beetween the two just one is for DS and the other is for GBA

There are differences between the games such as you having a better chance to obtain a water pokemon in pokemon mystery dungeon: blue rescue team and a fire pokemon in pokemon mystery dungeon: red rescue team.

The reason the games are on seperate systems is so people who do not own a Nintendo DS can still obtain the game on their Gameboy Advance.

They probably trying to make more games for nintendo but still say that new ones will come out for GBA aswell
